I love my new Meetone Tour trike. I named her Tula and I ride her everyday. I love how responsive the controls are. I love how I do not feel that I will tip over and off. Even on curve I feel stable. Tula my Meetone Tour trike is offering me freedom. Everyone need a Meetone Trike they offer several models. Plus I place a picture of my trike when it first came to my house and everyone stated how they thought that my packaging was the best they had seen of any delivery.

I've had my meetone tour for 5 days now, wonderful machine, built really well, I mean really well!..There was assembly required, wasn't a big deal, also programmed it to go 25 MPH which it will in a hurry!It looks different but in a good way, people really seem to like it. Pretty simple to operate, the range is fantastic!Upon riding I can testify that this thing has a lot of torque, pulling out onto a paved road this thing can scquil the front tire!All in all I'm very glad I bought it but if there is any room for improvement it would be the front suspension, it works but it's not up to par with the rest of the machine.I have also purchased the custom seat which does make the ride even better but if the front suspension was improved the ride would be perfect.It's obvious that this trike is built to last many years, and with that in mind I bought extra tires, tubes, break pads and 2 extra chargers.And if you do buy the custom seat for this, take the back basket off, mount the seat and turn the basket 180 degrees and mount the 2 front bolts, then take the 2 curved brakes that come with the stock seat and use them on the back 2 holes on the basket, you'll find that the holes in the brackets aline perfectly with the holes in the back of the basket and 2 bolts holding down a plastic shield..This will make you basket just as strong and you'll also have seat adjustment room, if you put the basket back on the way you took it off you'll have no seat adjustment room.In closing I highly recommend this trike, it is a bit pricey but given the quality it's well worth it, it's built more like an electric motorcycle than a peddle trike.I will update this after a while and let everyone know how it does through time, however I don't foresee anything really going wrong..

Customer communication is excellent. The trike was delivered in perfect condition and no issues. It's very easy to assemble and I had it riding the same day. The trike is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I use it as my second vehicle even for shopping. It is super fun for cruising around.

One star for the display, cannot see in the sun. Tried to adjust it but no success! Was told there was no solution. I know others with e-trikes/e-bikes and there's is no problem reading display. So far my only complaint. Love the trike, feel very secure while riding it.

I’d like to clarify my rating: First, the customer service from MeetOne has been superb. They went above and beyond helping me out. Five stars!Why did I need help? Well, that’s where the rubber meets the road (double pun intended). When I received the TourLite e-trike, it needed a lot of assembly. Some pieces were missing. And even with a new set of tools, it was impossible to complete the set up.Fortunately, customer service at MeetOne jumped right on it. From China, they scheduled a couple of technicians from a local bike shop in California to help me out. It worked! And MeetOne covered the cost.Now that the trike is road-worthy, I’ve taken it out a few times. It’s exceptionally well-made. Strong and sturdy. However, the shock absorbers don’t work well. It’s still a bumpy ride if there’s any unevenness. So, it’s not as comfortable a ride as I had expected.In the months since I got mine, MeetOne has offered a much better deal. First, they now cover shipping charges (mine cost $500), and they now ship the trike almost completely assembled. That would have saved me days, even weeks, of frustration (and bruises).So … five stars for MeetOne customer service.And four stars for the e-trike. I do recommend it—especially with the latest offering.

Absolutely love this trike, very little assembly needed

Was it built at Fort Knox? No kidding, it is so sturdy and solid. I just received it a week ago and have been stopped on trails and on the street to ask about it. All have thought it was a great looking bike and asked for more info. One man took several pictures about it as he and his wife already had electric bikes but were interested in more stability now that they were seniors. My sister in law was so impressed she just ordered the Tour Lite today. I highly recommend this trike.

Received trike in one weeks time. No damage, extremely easy to put together. Easy to ride, built in horn,turn signals. 150 miles in 5 days, rode like a dream. This is my third trike, best one by far.
