My Osteopathic Doctor recommended flaxseeds
These seemed to fit the bill. I won’t be getting any blood work for several months so I don’t know if it helped yet. One criticism though, they’ve added a weird taste to my smoothie. I hope they haven’t turned. Anthony’s is usually so fresh. We use a lot of their product in our home.

Quality products, I highly recommend 😋
I have used multiple Anthony’s organic products and they are really the best. I used the golden whole flaxseed to grind and make my own gluten/oil free bread and it bakes like a champ! The collagen products dissolve the best in any drink. The coconut husk sugar is delicious in coffee and their popcorn pops the fluffiest and most flavorful!

It's perfectly fine almond flour, buy from Anthony's direct if possible though.
Wish they sold this at my local grocery store. I hate having to use Amazon as my pantry supplier. That said, the product is fine. You can order direct from Anthony's buy you'll pay shipping. I usually do that but their website was out of this at the time.

Bitter smell in package
I have used Anthony products for years and never complained but this time it was very bad. The whole flax seeds were packaged in the aluminum lined package and I think there was a chemical reaction with the seeds. The seeds smelled strong and bitter and tasted horrible. Bought 3 packages and threw them all away. I never had this problem from Premium Gold that sells in clear packaging. I think it was the packaging that caused the smell. Try to fix this guys.
