Perfect poached eggs. Great sized pan that can also be used as a regular pan, lid fits perfectly with or without poaching tray. Ensure you have enough water and it's boiling, eggs won't stick if you use a tiny bit of oil or butter to grease the pots. You don't have to make 4 eggs at once, I usually make 2. If you heat water with pots in place and lid on, there will be condensation, I prefer to place pots after water starts boiling and put eggs in immediately. Cooked eggs will have a little water on top from condensation, just dry them with some kitchen paper. This pan works perfectly, has been used dozens of times it's quite robust, will last a long time.

This is the best one for value and making poached eggs, I have bought and I have tried them all.

The pan seems to be ok, but very poorly packaged !!!

Great for making the perfect poached eggs. Simply fill the pan with water, place the metal frame with the little cups on top, crack your eggs into the cups and put on the glass lid. Perfect poached eggs every time. Please note though...Important safety tip... PLEASE do NOT forget the water in the pan!!! Many, many years ago, I did and...well let's just say the Fire Brigade were called out. So ALWAYS remember the water!!!
