Really cool piece of kit, I’m surprised there isn’t more buzz about this product. It definitely works. Feels like sorcery turning table salt and water into a powerful disinfectant with several uses like wound cleaning, hand sanitizer, and the original water purification reasons. Extra points for durability, I am a caveman with my gear and this already has surpassed my expectations.

Works as advertised... maybe even a tad better. I used regular table salt and filled it to the fill line and the rest with pure water. Activate the system and it takes about two minutes to make a solution which will sanitize water or a surface. Definitely worth the money and doesn't take long to charge.

This is a great piece of equipment. great for back packing or military, purifies dirty water.

This is an awesome piece of kit to have whenever you are in the field or overseas in areas where drinking water is questionable. The unit is designed to disinfect water and replaces expensive chlorine or iodine tablets used to disinfect water. It is very simple and relatively quick to use and can be adjusted to treat various amounts of water. Unlike the aforementioned tablets which have a shelf life, you mix the amount of disinfectant as needed. After I process my water through a purification filter, I add the disinfectant drops from the H2GO as my final step in the water purification process. I am impressed by the size of the unit, and wish I had something like this 40 years ago as a young Special Forces Soldier.

This is a game changer. What a piece of mind knowing I have the ability to make water clean and safe to drink in the palm of my hand. Love it.

Years ago, I was going thru a Survival Course in the Army. We got a “Miox pen” by MSR. It was the same type of purification option as the H2Go however, the H2Go is much simpler, and after attending the seminar for H2Go gave more reason to trust it would work. Taking into account that you should filter the raw water of dirt or stuff(floaters). Strain thru a Grayl or similar filter. Then treat with H2Go. It takes salt and water and makes chlorine to kill whatever else could still be alive in the water you have to consume in order to sustain your life. After I’ve tried it a number of times with tap and lake water. Testing before and after, I’m positive it works. The test strips show the PH but I also took a sample to get tested and the lab said that it works. Problematic tho, that it’s rechargeable and also runs on solar power. It should also use batteries as well. It does seem that if you have this tech in your camp box the battery could become weak. Still, it has functioned without fail a dozen times without fail. You must filter off the big parts first.

The kit comes in a mesh bag that fits beautifully inside a grail cup. Its important to have in order procure clean water for yourself and others. Don't wait until you need it.
