We have washed it 4/5 times. Seems to be fine so far

Is there any size that would fit a 6 month old?

It might if the 6 month old was as big as a toddler. This one i ordered was a 12 month & it was a little long but fit my 20 pound granddaughter, she was very tiny

Do these dresses have glitter on them that comes off & gets everywhere?

There was a slight amount of glitter in the gold piping, but it was not enough to make a mess.
