This is the worst product available here and the service is more pathetic than mentioned. I bought this product on 7th of October and what I saw that like just after one week of use, it stopped working, giving E07 error. And in their booklet, they clearly said that when E07 error comes, contact customer care. When I messaged the customer care, they said that share us the bill. When I shared the bill, they said that request a replacement on Amazon because I don't know for what reason. They just said that request a replacement on Amazon. I requested a replacement. Luckily, Amazon sent a replacement on on 17th of October. And after that, I started using it. Everything worked fine till two, three months. And then on 2nd January it stopped working again siting same E07 error. Now I'm calling their support. Since then, nobody is answering the call. Nobody is picking the call. The phone is switched off. The number given on their website is switched off. The WhatsApp number given on the website doesn't reply. The WhatsApp number which gave me a message that like go for request a replacement on Amazon. That message is not replying yet. That number is not replying. So no support at all from the company. So the warranty, which one year warranty they are saying it is completely useless. And this product is very pathetic, unusable product. So in my opinion, don't go for this. Worst product ever listed. This is my worst experience, which I had on Amazon since like since long time. I'm using Amazon since five, six years. And this first time this has happened to me with a product which I have bought from Amazon. And I would request Amazon to take some action against it because like even when I try to get support on the website, like Amazon site here, it just says that you have one year warranty. But how to claim that one-year warranty? There is no option for that.

I’m genuinely impressed. The motor runs quietly, the belt feels stable even at higher speeds, and the cushioning is noticeably easy on the joints. Setup was surprisingly straightforward The speed and incline adjustments are smooth, and I appreciate the variety of built-in workout programs. The display is clear, and the heart-rate monitor seems accurate enough for casual tracking. I also like the compact folding design, which makes it perfect for my small apartment. One small downside is that the cup holder is a bit shallow, so larger bottles don’t sit as securely. But that’s hardly a dealbreaker. Overall, this treadmill has made it much easier to stick to my fitness routine, rain or shine. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable home workout made.

Misleading Specifications… Unkept Promise of Technician Visit I purchased the Sparnods Walker Pad, model no. STH 3009, based on the claim on the Amazon portal that it has a speed range of 1–12 km/h. However, the machine sent to me supports a speed range of only 1–6 km/h. My decision to buy this model was based purely on the higher speed parameter. Naturally, I felt cheated when an underperforming model was delivered. Why would the company publish false specifications on Amazon? Amazon should take note of this. If this claim itself is unreliable, what guarantee is there that the company’s other claims are even true? Sparnod, you are a multinational company with a presence in three countries — the least expected of you is honesty. The interface is also slow to respond. Sometimes it takes several seconds to react. At other times, the machine simply stops on its own for no reason. The remote control itself feels flimsy and fragile, hardly the quality one would expect from a supposedly premium fitness device. The power cord is only about 2 meters(6 feet) long — barely sufficient for convenient operation. One is forced to use the machine right next to a wall outlet because of this limitation. To make matters worse, the cable fits loosely into the machine, leading to frequent disconnections. Very reassuring for a fitness device. Because of these issues, I reduced two stars from my rating. The Service Experience Since the interface lag and random stoppages continued, I contacted Amazon for a replacement. As per Amazon’s advice, an official from the company called me and asked for a video of the machine. I promptly shared the video. His response? A brief WhatsApp message saying he would send a technician. That was five days ago. No technician has visited yet. Hello Sparnod, what exactly is happening in your service department? Please wake up the person handling my complaint — he seems to be fast asleep at the counter. In view of this bitter experience with customer service, I reduced another two stars. My advice to prospective customers: double-check the specifications of this company’s products and make sure they actually match what is advertised. Also, don’t place too much faith in the company’s service department. In three more days, my return window will close. Since I purchased this under an EMI scheme, I am now stuck with it. I am giving one star only because there is no option to give zero.

Best product for those who need to do indoor exercise. Plug and play. Easily can be shifted to required place. Appreciate the follow up made by the sparnod customer care team even though we haven’t opted for home installation. Had an error after 10 days of usage but the customer care were prompt in attending the complaint and solved the issue on the same day.

I really like the SPARNOD FITNESS WalkyShaky walking machine. It is small and easy to keep in my home. It runs quietly and smoothly, so I can walk or jog without making noise. I can keep it under Bed or sofa, when I don’t use it. The screen shows time, speed, distance, and calories, which helps me keep track of my exercise. The vibration massage is nice and helps my muscles relax after walking. The machine feels strong and can hold people up to 100-120 kg safely. The best thing is, this walking pad is very good for its price. It offers great features, like the display and massage, without being too expensive. It does everything I need, and using it is very simple—just plug it in and start walking. Anyone can use it, even if they are new to exercise machines. Overall, this walking pad is a good choice for anyone who wants to stay fit at home without spending too much. It is easy to use, affordable, and I am happy with it. I would recommend it to others.

Worst product and worst services by amazon too. Bought this sparnod walking pad and it’s having technically fault. My father just started running on this walking pad and it just suddenly stopped on it’s first testing and my father fell down while running and he is still having therapies for shoulder injury, just because of this faulty product. And within a week I started return process for this, but the company agent denied to return the product. And amazon team is not helping me out for this. I just wasted my 13000/- on amazon and got my father injured for no reason. Don’t buy these Chinese products with indian fake label companies.
