Plant looks great! Shipping could be better.
I am super excited about this peppercorn plant, and was very nervously awaiting its arrival. As soon as the delivery was dropped off I ran out to collect it from the porch to make sure it was ok. There was a label on the front of the package stating "this side up" and of course the package was on its side, which I know is no fault of the company but it did send me into panic mode. I immediately began to unwrap the box to inspect it to find the plant was happy and healthy looking (hooray!). I actually feel it looks better and fuller than the photo advertised. The box itself was not easy to get into as it was very well taped shut which is fine, however the problem I had was that expanding foam was used to keep the nursery pot in place within the box (pictured) which is why I docked one star because it was dang near impossible to get it out! Even though the nursery pot was wrapped in plastic wrap a lot of dirt was lost between shipping and trying to pry it off of the foam. I did end up re-potting it as pictured in whatever pot I had available due to damaging the nursery pot when trying to remove it. Although there were some slight mishaps along the way I would say I am 100% satisfied with the plant itself and I hope that in time I get many peppercorns to grow.
