getting off nicotine pouches was a priority. kept lowing the grams and then how often used. This was the next step. They taste pretty good and if you google the ingredients as long as you do not over do it, they are a good choice. They are not inexpensive but worth it if it helps break the habit. by the way, i highly suggest you monitor your BP if on Zyn etc. i went cold turkey for 3 days and saw a material drop in my BP. No side effects on the NZE for me, not sure they gave me energy or focus but I do reccomend the product. i have not had a Zyn since i bought these, it does not happen overnight. Get down to 3G and then reduce how often first. Just my suggestions.

I really enjoy these. I’ve never been a regular nicotine user but I like the experience of using pouches. These give that little boost of focus that I was looking for without the harmful effects of nicotine. Spearmint flavor is great. They also seem to help when I’m having hunger cravings.

I would give this a five star review, as these pouches have good flavor and are useful replacement for zyn. BUT the pouches in my last few cans are disintegrating in my mouth after 30 minutes, which is not nice.

I noticed nothing with these and I have one packet left in the first tin. I tried one nothing tried to nothing. All in all two thumbs down don’t believe the hype.

I have been using ZYN pouches going on 3 years and feel it is time to quit. I went from 6mg down to 3mgs, but still do about a can every 1.5 days. I just don't like being a slave to something. It really sucks and isn't great for my bank account when I look at how much I spend over a longer period of time. I bought these to try to taper down & maybe alternate ZYN & NZE. The size is comparable to a ZYN, which is really great, they are even a little bit puffier which I like. I got the Spearmint flavor and it is tasty. Doesn't taste like chemicals. I wish it was a little spicier personally, but that's only because I like the burn. The oral fixation is satisfied and it gets me through. I am hoping to transition to these and get completely off of ZYNs. I will try to come back with an update in a month. I didn't really notice too much of an affect in terms of focus or anything, but that's fine with me. It's just to get me off the Nicotine. I feel less guilty about these and am excited to keep using them. I really see this as helping me kick nicotine for good.
