I have been using this product for few months and can def. say it has , made effect on my joints. Anyone above 40 should use it , but it took me 3-4 months to notice difference. Def will buy again

Been taking these for a while along side marine collagen - skins seems better, hair no different and joints are ok but am 56 so who knows! Not a great smell
