Great watch
I had a Withings Horizon in blue before this one. The Nova is slightly lighter due to the band being a little narrower and the watch itself maybe slightly slimmer. I’ve had Apple Watches before that all broke within 2 years. I prefer the Withings watch appearance more appealing due to its simple traditional looking face with smart watch features. The smart watch connects flawlessly to my Apple IPhone and its features fit my everyday needs. It’s simple and classy, comfortable and durable. It came with watch adjustment tools and an extra rubber watch band. That’s at least an additional $20-$30 value. Not sure what else I would ask Withings to change in future watches. Try it for yourself if you desire something more traditional looking with all the bells and whistles of a smart watch.

Beautiful time, peace and tracker
Though I had difficulty having to reset the watch because mine was used, but look as new took a while. Also taking the band off in lengthening it. I found it difficult so instead of the stainless band, I’ve put on the strap which looks great, but they have getting things working properly it’s wonderful to look at because of the quality and the new health data. I’m getting on the weddings app has been very helpful. I would recommend this watch to anyone that has a wedding scale and want the best benefits from Health metrics.

Very classy and practical
Very nice watch. It reminds me of a Rolex or Omega watch.

Great watch, lazy software
The ScanWatch Nova looks fantastic and nails the health tracking — ECG, sleep, heart, all very solid — and the battery life is excellent. But for $600, some things are ridiculous: You can’t set an alarm on the watch itself — you have to open the clunky app and scroll a time wheel like it’s 2010. The app doesn’t match the quality of the hardware — limited, buggy, and designed like an afterthought. And the battery isn’t replaceable, which makes this feel disposable compared to real dive watches. Still, its a quality, good looking watch with medical grade sensors and the core smart features I want. It’s the best available in a market missing the killer Breitling-style smartwatch. Update: first attempt to charge after initial charging and it won't charge. Had to power off and back on to reset it. Withings support is slow, but issue resolved. If this recurs, its going back. I still have 12 days in my return window.

Flawed best looking smartwatch
This is the only smartwatch you'd want to wear if you're looking to wear a watch that also have smart health functions. I like how it looks, the daily measurements are fine. The big issue with this smartwatch comea at night. The sleep metrics are not good at all. I have owned every single Withings watch that is made both as Withings and as Nokia but I was so surprised, alas negatively surprised to see the sleep metrics be so bad. The reason is that Withings watch will record you as sleeping even if you're in bed and reading a book, so it will report longer sleep but then all the calculated metrics are wrong because they are based on the length of sleep. The percentage of sleep phases is wrong, the restfulness and the readiness are wrong and sometimes even the heart sleep metrics are wrong. I've simultaneously wore the Withings watch, the Amazefit strap, the Oura ring, and for a few nights just for the purpose of comparison I also wore Samsung Watch Classic 8. All the other three with the exception of Withings reported very similar sleep metrics +/- 10 min. Withings would diverge by 1 or 2 hours depending how long I would read or work in bed before sleep. This is the main reason I canceled Withing+ subscription. All this said I still like the watch, it has good presence in the wristlooks like a watch and not like a mini phone screen strapped on the wrist and the other sensors are dependable. I would also say that if youre not a person who reads or watches TV or works before sleep the watch will work fine. However, from a $600 smartwatch who prides itself in thw accuracy of health metrics I would expect that the health metrics would be good. Other things that in my opinion need improvement would be, indoor training activities, time length of notifications, notification recall at least for the last one and finally it definitely needs wireless charging at this price point. Also, the 30 days advertised battery its more like 20 in real life with moderate activity that can drop to 14-15 with daily training activities.

DO NOT BUY!!
I bought this watch in Feb 2025 and it has never worked properly. I first noticed that the step counter is off by 50% or so, and none of the notifications worked inconsistently. I contacted Withings through chat on their website, and below is the transcript stating this is a known issue. I have a support request open with them, but they no longer respond to it. The customer service and two year warranty are useless. System (Withings) Jun 4, 2025, 17:23 GMT+2 (17:08:20) Matt Koenig: So is this a known issue with this watch? (17:09:07) Eman: Yes. Our development team is happily working on this matter. (17:09:33) Eman: Do you have any questions for me? (17:10:06) Matt Koenig: do you have a date when this might be resolved? (17:12:12) Eman: Although there is no estimated time, please rest assured that I will let you know via email right away once I hear back from them. (17:12:33) Matt Koenig: ok, thanks (17:13:14) Eman: Is there anything else you'd like to ask? (17:13:49) Matt Koenig: no thanks (17:14:27) Eman: You're most welcome. Since you don't have any questions for me, I'll be closing this chat for the time being. Please do not hesitate to reach out again if you need any further assistance, and I will be glad to help. I am delighted that I was given an opportunity to assist you on this matter, and I am hoping that you are happy with the services that I have provided. Again, this is Eman. Thank you for contacting Withings Customer Support.

Best of both worlds
I have been this watch for a month and are very happy with him. It actually looks and feels like a luxury watch (I receive compliments on a daily basis). Yes it’s not a Rolex etc but definitely not a cheap looking watch either. Functionality has been great. Battery lasted exactly 29 days with medium usage (receiving constant communications etc). I would definitely recommend it if you’re like me and don’t like to sacrifice a nice watch for smartwatches and would like to have the best of both worlds.

Beautiful Watch, not so much Scanwatch!
Great looking watch, but that’s it. The delicate sensors do not work if you have the metal band installed. So it only probably works with the rubber band to allow contact with sensor but this defeats the purpose to have rubber band on such a nice elegant timepiece. If you want this for the watch look, get it, but if you want it for the scan watch features then go with the normal $200 cheaper model. This $500 model does not work, always saying inconclusive results or low PSI/SPO2 all through the day when I know it’s not true. And yes, one link in and too loose, take link out and way too uncomfortable! In fact if you are wanting fitness metric data just go with the Apple Watch or Google and you will be happier!

Withinguhr in meiner Familie).

Traditional looking, Classy and functional watch
Worth buying, specially given the ongoing discount offer. Tested the ECG function and it works well. Bought this watch as replacement to another Withings watch I have been using, which stopped working after 5 years or so.
