I’ve been taking the novos chews for about 2 months now and really enjoy them. They’re easy to incorporate into my routine. Great, clean ingredients. Taste is pretty good for a health supplement. I’ve noticed a boost in energy and overall wellbeing. Will definitely buy more!

The first few days I took them, they really seemed to clear out my system, presumably because of the inulin fiber, but things quickly normalized. After that, my energy seemed to improve, and I noticed a significant improvement in my skin clarity, which was a nice surprise. All in all, great product.

I've been taking this alongside the core drink mix for about two weeks now and have noticed an increase in my energy levels. This is anecdotal, but a few days after I started on Novos my whole family became sick except me, so maybe this boosted my immune system. The chews are small orange cubes that smell faintly of apple cider vinegar (one of the ingredients) and taste vaguely fruity, but slightly on the sour side. I give it five stars for its impact on my energy levels and immune system.

I like the ingredients. Not filled with sugar like other supplement gummies. Taste wise.. they taste like what you’d expect of a “health food.” Not terrible, not great. They were palatable for me for what they are. Taste faintly sweet, VERY sour(probably due to the apple cider vinegar), kind of a crumbly powdery text(probably due to the fibers). TLDR, taste fine for what they are. I’ll eat them, but it’s not a treat or anything.
