I've been helping some family to replace an old computer and set up new tech in their home. I needed this type cable to connect a monitor with a VGA port to a new computer, through the HDMI connection on a USB-C Hub. After doing a lot of comparison shopping and looking at reviews, price, and build materials, I chose this gold-plated HDMI to VGA cable from Benfei. It shipped out to my family's address and arrived very quickly! In fact, given travel concerns during the pandemic, it was able to arrive to them a full two months before I got there! When first setting up the system, everything seemed great. The cable was decently packaged, felt very solidly constructed, and connected easily. More importantly, it worked. But after just about a week of very light / intermittent use, it started to fail. In less than two weeks, it was a complete dud. No reliable picture transfer whatsoever ... just static garble or a dead screen. We tested each piece of hardware and each connection, and finally determined that it was this brand new cable. Frustrating for the family and disappointing for me! But here's the thing ... when I reached out to Benefi to ask about their replacement / return / refund policy, they responded within just a matter of HOURS. And despite their being a huge time difference between us, they even apologized that it took them THAT long to reply. So very responsive! What's more, they actually took the time to read my note explaining the problem and the troubleshooting steps that I had taken. I didn't ask for anything other than to understand their policy. The response? Immediate apology for the situation and reassurance that my investment in them was protected. Full replacement and an extended 2-year warranty! They went out of their way to promise that if there's anything else I need, they'd work with me to fix it. Period. Utterly amazing. I confirmed the shipping info (again, to my family) and they wrote back that it was out the door with 2-day shipping. This ALL happened -- from my first letter to the package leaving their hands -- in less than 24 hours!! And the package that was supposed to be shipped 2-day mail arrived ... THE VERY NEXT DAY! All of this is to say that they made an amazingly good impression. I got genuine, human help and felt very good about my choice to buy from them. I don't remember the last time I found a company that stands behind its product so strongly. Also, for what it's worth (and it should be worth a lot), the replacement cable has been performing flawlessly for several weeks now, with a solid amount of use! I highly recommend.

Cable works great.

I ended up getting this to allow another device to use my HDMI port, and it works beautifully. My second monitor had occasional flickers using just an HDMI, but the VGA access port no longer causes these to occur.

Can only give a 4 at this time, only had it for a couple of weeks. So far it is just fine and our monitor is happy.

Cable worked perfectly as it should. Powered right on to the Xbox screen which is what we bought it for. I do wish it had the little screw driver ends like the originals come with screens so you can make sure it is fully connected, even without I got a secure connection. Other wise it was a perfect match up. Comes in simple packaging. The cord is very long if the computer tower and or electronic device you’re using is further away from the screen! Very strong and Durable cord so you won’t be disappointed.

This cable works great from my Dell Monitor to my Dell Laptop. Fits easily in the HDMI port.

I do not fulfill my expectations, it does not have a bad quality at all, but it did not serve me as expected.

Works well on my older monitor with my new computer which has 2 hdmi outlets and my second monitor only has VGA. I had misplaced the cable for my monitor and this was a perfect replacement. I am really happy with it.

購入前にはVGAコネクタをHDMA変換コネクタと接続して使用していましたが、調子が悪くなったため、購入。 ちゃんと機能しています。 ただディスプレイのリフレッシュレートの設定の変更が必要になる組み合わせが一部のＰＣとディスプレイでありました。 うまく映らない場合にはディスプレイ設定でリフレッシュレートの変更を試してみると鵜好いと思います。

Ich habe mir das Kabel gekauft, um einen älteren Monitor weiter nutzen zu können, und war ehrlich gesagt skeptisch, weil viele Adapter in dem Preisbereich oft Probleme machen. Hier war es das genaue Gegenteil: eingesteckt, sofort erkannt, keine Treiber, kein Gefummel – einfach funktioniert. Die Bildqualität hat mich richtig überrascht. Full HD wird sauber übertragen, Texte sind scharf, keine flimmernden Linien und auch bei Videos wirkt alles klar und stabil. Farben sehen normal aus, nicht ausgewaschen, wie man es bei günstigen Adaptern manchmal kennt. Das Kabel selbst wirkt solide, sitzt fest in den Anschlüssen und hat mit 1,8 Metern eine praktische Länge. Dadurch kann ich den Monitor problemlos etwas weiter weg stellen, ohne zusätzliche Verlängerungen kaufen zu müssen. Kurz gesagt: Für ältere Monitore oder Beamer ist dieses Kabel perfekt. Tut genau das, was es soll – zuverlässig und ohne Ärger. Deshalb gibt’s von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne.
