Interestingly they include different varieties but with the same basic purpose. I received:

However, I have a friend who also ordered this. She received Truckers Favorite for her corn (a dent corn I believe) and A different carrot but I cant recall what it was.

What is the shelf life of these seeds

As long as seeds are stored correctly then seeds can be viable and still grow things for up to a HUNDRED years!!! If you don’t believe that then go research it or go on YouTube and see people sprout tomato seeds etc from seeds their grandparents had. You should store seeds in a cool dry dark place, when I buy seeds I still keep them in the package they come in but I remove them and place them in a really teeny teeny Ziploc baggie and then put them back in the package they came in. Then I keep all of those seeds separated by different type of vegetable inside of a little container, the easiest way is to go to Michael’s or a craft store and buy one of those containers made for storing pictures 4 X 6 cases and it’s like 16 boxes that go into a briefcase looking container. Lots of YouTube videos on people using them.

How many seeds of each variety are there?

10 or more depending on size of seed. Most have 20-30 And they aren't genetically modified so they will reproduce for you.
