Good substitute for coke. Happy white pills/powder make me go vroom vroom. If you can take 2 grams, you are a part of the master race (don't try it if you don't already know). These are great and last a long time. Recommend dose is 2 capsules but if you’re not already a frequent caffeine user, I’d start with one. I took three once and it’s like crack. As long as you take the right dosage though, they give you good consistent energy, and not too much jitters. No caffeine crash either but you can definitely feel the comedown. Just make sure you’re well hydrated, if you don’t drink lots of water your mouth will get dry and slimy. Good value for the money. I’d definitely recommend.

I have tried this now for about a week and so far I like it. There is no crash at the end of the day like I have had with other stuff. It's easy to take and seems to work well with keeping my energy up all day.

You have to take more then what is required then recommended to feel it, especially if you are getting off of coffee.

I am a caffeine addict. I've got 8 kids and I'm a graduate student, so I NEED caffeine. I've tried them all. I need energy without the stomach pain, jitters, or midmorning crash. This is hands down my favorite. It is slow release so not a high then a low. I don't need something short of meth, I need consistent normal energy. This also helps my mood. We all get irritated at small things when we're tired and this erases that for me. Did I mention 2 of my kids have special needs? So irritability is no bueno. I've found that if I take this in the morning, I'm good to go when everyone gets up and the chaos begins!It may not work for everyone, but I've found it helps me exactly the way I need it when I need it.

Only tried four and then discarded the rest. These make me sleepy and I find that rather concerning.
