Bought this for a dual-monitor setup to improve productivity and gaming experience. What I like • The 100Hz refresh rate provides smooth motion, great for gaming and video editing. • 100% sRGB color coverage delivers vibrant and accurate colors. • The dual monitor stand is convenient for seamless multi-screen use. What could be better • The monitor stand could be more adjustable for better ergonomic positioning. • The resolution could be higher for users who require sharper detail. • Some users may find the screen size a bit small for extensive multitasking. Bottom line: A solid monitor with great color accuracy and smooth refresh rates, but might not be ideal for users needing higher resolution or larger screens. Perfect for casual gamers and those seeking accurate colors, but consider larger, higher-res options if you need more detail.

I am very happy with these monitors.The displays have a really sharp image. The stacked design leads a lot more space on my desk. It was more complicated than I expected to connect the monitors to my computer. I daisychained a VGA to HDMI adapter and an HDMI to USB-C adapter to connect the top monitor to the VGA port on my computer.

Mine for whatever reason kept taking me like 20 minutes to set up every morning! So I got into this routine of having to unplug it, plug it back in several times and then it would start working. When it did work it was amazing and perfectly suited my setup that I needed with my limited space. The picture quality was also really good and I really loved how big the screen was. Luckily the company that sells this has a really good warranty and they were able to get me taken care of because of some of my issues because I was honestly a little annoyed. It may have been because I have a dud or just didn't really work well with my laptop. Overall though it did work and I really appreciate how quick the company was to get back to me when I was having issues that I felt was under warranty.

I’m extremely pleased with this dual portable monitor. It provides ample screen space to support my work needs while packing down small and using minimal desk space. I also take it with me when traveling, and it works perfectly in hotel rooms where desk space is typically limited. I already own several InnoView monitors and have been happy with their quality. I plan to purchase their 27" dual-mode 4K monitor next. Highly recommended for anyone needing additional screen space and flexibility.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love the two screens with one connection aspect of this item. Also, the clarity of the screen images while there is a matte finish is really critical to the work I do and how I use these screens! I find the build quality exceptional and set up was so easy.

Service from the manufacturer is absolutely awful and nonexistent. No phone number to call and email/chat contact information is useless since no one responded to my numerous emails and the AI chat provides useless answers. The concept of the dual monitor is great but I spent an entire weekend trying to connect the monitors to my laptop. I don’t understand why they would not offer better assistance to get the monitors to function so buyers don’t need to repeatedly return the monitors. I will likely have to return this product based on the lack of customer service options available.

Got this and the 18" like them both. The 23" is a little big for traveling, but great for home use. Colors are good, and they work good for trading. My only issue is I wish the connectors could be plugged in without having to pull the stand part out.
