Will this 10-test kit have the July 2015 expiration date if I order today?

The current expiration dating available from the manufacturer is June 2015.

does this box include the meter or just the test cartridges?

This A1C Now+ kit includes 1 meter & 10 test cartridges. They do not sell the cartridges seperately. The meter will only work with the kits that it ships with. If you have an older meter from a previous order & have used all of those tests up, then the meter cannot be reused & should be disposed of so you do not mix it up with new strips. If you try to use an old meter with new strips, it will give an error message & then waste a test kit. Thank you.

Can this be used in a doctor's office? (i.e.: Is is it accurate enough?)

It was pretty much on target. It was like 2 points off from the doctors office. I'm happy with it. I ordered to see what my a1c was before going to the doctor. He was happy with results also. Good luck! 

can you buy more strips

No they are not strips it's a piece of plastic, made so you would have to buy the entire thing over and over
