6 Pounder is Plenty!
It's a good product for sue. But the 6 pounder may be 2 pounds too heavy for me. I ordered the 4 pounder so I can compare the two.

I swing this ball and beat the crap out of it. Very sturdy and great for anyone learning how to rotate the body and swing for baseball or golf. I thought I need a heavy weight but this is perfect for anyone to start and maintain a strong core. I’m 6’2” 300lbs and it works me out really good.

EXCELLENT Training Tool!
With a little practice this is a GREAT piece of exercise equipment.... if you have appropriate space to use it. The harder you swing the heavier it gets, so keep that in mind to get the right size and weight when ordering.
