This compression shirt does what it's supposed to do. It hugs your body and makes your outer shirt smoother. It is long enough to be tucked in. This shirt is very form fitting so unless you have a body like the guy in the picture, it's best used as an undershirt. The fabric is what you'd expect from a stretchy shirt. It's soft and smooth and stretches well. It's comfortable and doesn't get in the way of my outer shirt. This is also good option for those wanting an undershirt to make concealed carry more comfortable. If you are looking for this type of compression shirt, this is a good option.

These pants are breathable and great for biking, though they fit a bit tight around the neck area, not a huge issue. If you have a beer belly, they might feel awkward and give a "pregnant" look lol. Otherwise, they’re comfortable and lightweight for active wear.

These base layers are great. Not a lot of compression, kind of loose fit. Similar to anything you would get from a big brand but the cut is different.

I'm a bigger guy so it's nice having everything held together. I have had no issues with these so far.

If you want extremely tight fit, order one size down, if you want looser fit, order one size up is my recommendation. It is a compression shirt after all; however, I did order according to size chart and my size and the shirt fits very well and is very form fitting. I am by no means a muscular guy; however, the fit of this is comfortable and I don't mind wearing it to the gym or taking a jog wearing this at all. Made/sewn well!
