The format I got was DVD because although I live in the UK, I have a DVD player and American Playstation that can play these DVD's. However I think you can download these as well during purchase from AtmosFX website If you live in a region that doesn't play American DVD's. I don't think they have blurays, but if you have HD on your PC or device, it's probably better to download as the quality is probably better. DVD not that bad though if you decide to get DVD. Hope this helps :)
