I am very disappointed with this product. The manufacturing date is 11/2024 and the expiry date is 04/2026, which means the remaining shelf life is very short for a skincare product. It looks like old stock was sent to me. When customers order a product, they expect fresh stock with a longer expiry period. Because of this, I am not comfortable using it on my skin.

jar is small but product is thick but absorbs so good, only a tiny bit needed so jar will last you longer than you think, will repurchase

The balm itself is good, it works well on my very sensitive and easily cracked lips. However the lid of the jar broke completely in half approx 2 weeks after purchase. It started off as a small crack then gradually got bigger every time I opened and closed the lid. There is enough product in the jar to last a while but it's very frustrating that I can't seal it.

Bought for SPF but no evidence of SPF on jar and only a sticker added to box stating SPF. This was the only reason I bought product

I get extremely, extremely chapped lips, so I am picky about these products. The ceramides attracted me since I know there is evidence for their effectiveness. The product goes on thick and stays on, which I like. It's not goopy, it's closer to a wax. If you're tried any of the lanolin based products, it's similar to those. It will take time before I know whether the ceramides have really helped to heal my lips, but this products does as good a job sealing in moisture as the best I've tried, and the price is very good. Would recommend.

Bought this product out of desperation after having spent 2 months with inflammation around my upper lip. Everything irritated the area, sun, sweat, napkins, toothpaste, etc. Nothing fully alleviated the problem, normal lip balms, vaseline, Polysporin, a session of oral antibiotics... Started applying this product and literally the next day started to feel some relief. A week later and it was as if I'd never had any issues with my lips at all. This is a very very thick lip balm and it really stays on for quite a long time. Where I used to have to reapply on almost an hourly basis, sometimes more, I now apply about 4 times a day and just before bed. It really does the trick!

It's very good and moisturizing. Does it have a sun protection function? I'm not quite sure yet. It makes the lips very soft.
