Its good, helps with any body pain, but the minus is that my skin is very sensitive and if I leave if for more than 8H my skin if irritated, but at least without pain. I will have to look for a tape for extremely sensitive skin..

I won't buy it again
Not easy to remove. Even when removed under shower , it takes ages to remove the glue from the skin. I have used many brands but this one was one of the worst

Product quality is good
As someone who trains regularly, I rely on kinesiology tape for support and recovery—and this tape is solid. It doesn’t roll or lift during intense sessions, and it feels comfortable on the skin. I like that it comes in various colors and pre-cut options too. Great performance at a great price.
