well worth keeping in your pantry
I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic these udon noodles taste. They have that thick, chewy texture you expect from good Sanuki udon, and they hold up beautifully whether you use them in hot broth or stir-fry. The freshness makes a big difference compared to dried noodles. Cooking them is very simple. They only need a few minutes in boiling water and they are ready to go. I have paired them with miso broth, soy-based soups, and even just tossed them with sesame oil and vegetables, and they always turn out satisfying. The packaging is neat and keeps the noodles from clumping. Each pack feels like the right portion for a meal, which makes weeknight cooking easier. Good quality noodles. Comes in 3 packages with 3 smaller vacuum sealed packages inside. Good size portions. Should stay good for a while with how theyre packaged. I just used some korean spicy beef ramen seasoning and it turned out great.
