High Quality Product
The ingredients list is excellent, as you would expect at this price point. I love the taste also, and it seems to boost my energy levels more than most other similar products I have tried. Excellent.

“Like sipping a salty refresher—but maybe a bit too salty if you’re not prepared!”
If you’ve ever been a fan of those fizzy, salty “refreshers,” PureSport Ultra Electrolytes kind of nails that feeling—but without the carbonation. It’s basically drinking a sports-focused version of sherbet‑style sweets with a salty kick. I much prefer this to sweeter alternatives and it helps you to meter how much you drink and push you to drink little and often. Helps me to avoid cramping when playing tennis so it's a win for me. I'm also a big fan of the single dose sachets as you can cheuck a few in a golf or tennis bag and be good to go.

Works Great, Good for Cramps
Great stuff. I sweat a lot during exercise and have suffered for a few years from cramps in a few very, very specific muscles when I exceed an hour of exercise. Plain old salt and many years of diet modifications have never really fixed the issue. I haven't had a muscle cramp since I started using this. It tastes fine, salty obviously but the sourness offsets it well enough. Haven't had any clumping issues like other people say. I usually slam one right before the gym, maybe another intra-session if its long. I picked this one specifically for its higher salt content, which was hard to find in other mixes.

Perfect
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5/5 — Powerful Hydration, Great Flavour, Travel‑Friendly Puresport’s Ultra Electrolytes in Citrus Salt are a brilliant option if you want serious hydration without sugar or artificial nonsense. Each sachet packs 1000mg sodium, plus potassium, magnesium, and calcium — exactly what you need for long runs, heavy training, sauna sessions, or days when you’re just feeling depleted. 🌟 What I loved - High sodium content (1000mg) — ideal for endurance athletes or anyone who sweats heavily. - Clean, citrus‑salt flavour that’s refreshing without being overly sweet. - Sugar‑free and no artificial sweeteners, which is rare for electrolyte powders. - Travel‑friendly sachets — easy to throw in a gym bag, suitcase, or pocket. - Mixes well in both cold and room‑temperature water. 🔧 Things to keep in mind - The flavour is more salty‑citrus than typical sports drinks — great for performance, but not for those expecting something sweet. - Premium price compared to standard electrolyte brands, but the formula is stronger and cleaner. 🏃♀️ Overall A high‑performance electrolyte blend that genuinely makes a difference in hydration, muscle function, and recovery. If you train hard, sweat a lot, or want a clean, effective formula, this is absolutely worth it.
