In the day discretion and absorbency are important but at night trying to avoid leaks and capacity are the important factor. The bulk of this pad gives great nightime protection and the covering is soft which helps avoid issues such as irritation around leg cuffs and rashes. The pad absorbs well and quickly. I wouldn't recommend it as highly for day time use, it is noisier than some other pads I use and is prone to breaking down once wet and clumping. However when I need to use my wheelchair this is less of an issue. Review: Excellent pads - These are very good pads although I meant to order the pull-ups. Molicare Super seem to be the best for night-time use and I would recommend these above a lot of other brands.

Excellent pads
These are very good pads although I meant to order the pull-ups. Molicare Super seem to be the best for night-time use and I would recommend these above a lot of other brands.
