Why is it so much cheaper than other dragon ball figuarts?

Actually, the reason why is that in Japan, this figure is retailing for 2500¥ as a promotional price to celebrate the 10th anniversary of SH Figuarts. The import fees to bring it here for distribution makes it $35, which is really fair still.

Is this the chinesse or the japanese?

Japanese. Definitely worth the price compared to the chinese fakes. Tamashii nation's is legit
