My husband was having foot pain, so I looked for something that could give him some relief. These COMFORT PORON shoe inserts sounded like they would work. I ordered the same size as his shoe size. They fit into the shoe perfectly and right away he could feel the foot and arch support. The arch was a comfortable height. They have shock absorption which my husband could feel.T he shoe inserts are light weight and easy to use. My husband had immediate relief. His doctor sent him for evaluation and physical therapy for his foot. The physical therapist agreed that we did the right thing to order these shoe inserts. He said they were of excellent quality and could provide relief from foot pain. This is my second order. This set is for his bedroom slippers. The price is reasonable. My feet no longer allow me to walk any distance without arch support! I realized this when I came back in pain after a long walk around the neighborhood in sneakers with no support! I have low arches and pronated ankles. Of the 3 brands of Orthotic insoles I purchased, these have the highest arch, and most defined heel cup. They have a nicely padded foot bed with memory foam. Be sure to remove the existing insole from your shoes; mine were glued, but I was able to pull them out. Once you put these in your shoes, you can do a bit of trimming if necessary. I trimmed a small amount from the outside edges for a perfect fit. I walked about a mile to test them, and found them very supportive and comfortable! These will work well in running shoes, trail runners, walking shoes, most types of serious athletic shoes, men’s dress shoes, hiking boots/shoes, work boots/shoes,, cowboy boots and most other types of boots. Due to the high arch, they will most likely not work well in canvas or flat sneakers or slip ons, women’s flats, or high heels. Your feet will thank you for using these!!!

I bought this insole in October 2025 mainly for my plantar fasciitis. At that time my heel pain was really bothering me, especially when walking inside the house. Now it’s been around 8 months of use, and I can honestly say my plantar fasciitis is more better. I use this almost every day inside my shoes at home, basically all day except sleeping time. What I really like is the heel part still feels soft even after long use. It didn’t become flat or hard. It still gives that cushion support to my heel which helped me a lot. The size was a little big when I got it, but that was not an issue. I just cut it as per my foot size and it fit perfectly and it is very easy to cut also. For me this worked much better than other things I tried before. Good quality, long lasting, and really helpful for heel pain especially no odor. Overall I feel very satisfied. If you have plantar fasciitis like me, this is worth trying.

It took me a few days to get used to them, and they might feel uncomfortable in the beginning if you’re not used to supportive insoles. After breaking them in, they became much more comfortable. They fit well in most shoes, but in tighter footwear you may need to adjust or trim them slightly. Overall, a good product that does what it promises, just be prepared for a short adjustment period.

I’m currently recovering from plantar fasciitis and mostly sticking to sneakers. I still get slight pain under my left heel after walking for over 3 hours, so I decided to try these Plantar Fasciitis Relief insoles. At first, they felt thick and I was worried they’d be too hard, but they slipped right into my On Cloudflow sneakers after a quick trim. I had to cut a tiny bit off the right side of the right sole and the left side of the left sole, and then they fit perfectly. ​I took them on a weekend trip to Savannah, walking over 7,000 steps through the historic district and the Riverfront. I had absolutely no issues, no pain while walking, and—best of all—no throbbing pain keeping me awake at night. I'm incredibly impressed and will definitely be buying a second pair for my other sneakers!

Great insoles. I've been using these insoles daily for a month while traveling, walking 10000-20000 steps a day, and feel like they have been very comfortable. My legs and feet were tired after walking so much, but my feet weren't in pain!

Arch is a tiny bit high for me but not uncomfortable, I do commercial cleaning and my feet were not hurting like usual when I got home from the first day I put these in my boots, very happy with the cushion and support.
