Does the low temperature charging cut-off work?  Will Prowse (solar power expert) just demonstrated it did not work. What say you?

The low-temp issue has been correct and fully implemented on our line of LiFePO4 batteries! (12V10Ah, 12V20Ah, 12V50Ah, 12V100Ah, 12V200Ah and all other future models!)

can this be used as a cranking battery for a bass boat and also run the live wells and electronics all day long? is there a cca rating??

Absolutely not!  The 50AH rating would be grossly insufficient for typical use in a bass boat even without considering the cranking amps needed to start large outboards. You'd really need a 100AH rated battery for the low-amp loads. This battery doesn't have a cranking amp rating because that would exceed it's design limits and intended use. There aren't currently many lithium options for cranking outboards along with the deep cycle loads we have on bass boats (typically livewells & electronics). I'm an engineer and bass boat owner, btw.

It shows 14.4v charging voltage - my solar panels are pulling in about 18v with charge controller. will this damage the 100ah battery?

The setup seems fine from your description. As long as the charge controller is configured for LiFePO4 batteries (which it sounds like from the 14.4V charging voltage), then you should not be damage the 100Ah battery.
