Great Shooting Aid
Does what it is designed to do

Probably good for team training rather than individual
It may work to help with shooting, but my kids hated using it. Basically, they hated retrieving balls they shot with it on. If you're a coach, and have a ball rack, and can practice repetition, it would be money.

I played college ball at the d1 level, started hooping again recently after I had not for a while and I was never a shooter. An hour with this on and I started to see improvements. It’s helpful because it forces you to shoot one handed , you’ll likely have to start in close and be super patient. I’m rebuilding my Jumper and this is super helpful, wish someone gave it to me when I was 14 and told me what it was for, such is life..
