I work 10 hour days unloading trucks and working freight on a cement floor in steel toe shoes. I have bone spurs on both heels that makes getting through the day tough. I have used just one bead three days in a row now. On day 2 I was able to get out of bed to take the kids to school without my feet and legs feeling cramped and hobbling around trying to get it all to work. It has been getting rid of all the access fluid build up where I have been waking up once or twice in the middle of the night to pee. I get out of work at 11 pm. I have been feeling really good in the mornings I can't even explain the relief I have. I will continue to use this product.

I’m sure it works but the smell is so strong you will have to open the windows when soaking your foot. Not sure if it works and will try them.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice these detox foot bath beads were more for weight loss than for soothing sore legs or body detox. My weight is already where it needs to be, and dropping it any lower would endanger my health, so I won't be using these right now after all. That said, they seem to be as described, and I have no reason to believe that they won't work as advertised. In fact, it's my belief in their probable efficacy that is keeping me from using them. I'll hold on to them until the next time my weight gets out of control. I did try adding 1 to a footbath amount of hot water to see how well it dissolves though, and can confirm that it released its contents quickly.

Bee Venom products are supposed to promote anit-inflammatory properties. The wiyun Bee Venom & 30 Herbs come with two fully sealed bags with 10 little square pods in each bag. The pods are sealed in a light cellophane wrap that dissolves easily in warm water for a foot soak. The foot soak is a brown colored liquid. I didn't care for the fragrance, but I did not have any rash or skin issues from the bee venom. Some people may be allergic to bee venom and should consult with their doctor before using. Product is made in China and has a three-year shelf life with an expiration date stamped on the back of each bag.

I walk all day and it has really helped my feet.
