At first I didn't think much of this considering its cheaper price, but when I got it, my mind was blown. The box for it was a bit beaten up but the screwdriver itself was in great condition. It makes four different sounds which sound amazing. The only two drawbacks for this is the end tip falls off frequently. Not all the time but occasionally it does slip off. The second setback is that the button to make it light up / make sound it on the side of the screwdriver, not the slider. Given the price & the quality this is definitely a great item to buy!

I got this for my friend who introduced me to Dr. Who for christmas. He absolutely loved it! It is so cool! we had so much fun sonic-ing stuff and shaking it when we tried to sonic the wooden door. We had a lot of fun, and even tho we are both almost 30, we felt like kids again.

The light is super bright, the sounds are clear, and it’s a good size. I love that it extends just like in the show. Only off thing is that two of the sounds aren’t in the show, but it’s not a big deal at all. Love it!

Anyone collecting Doctor Who toys in 2023, especially in America, knows that finding certain toys alone is hair-pulling these days, even before finding good deals. As Character Options’ original release of the Twelfth Doctor Sonic Screwdriver is one with limited releases, finding this model is particularly tricky, so I was skeptical of Toynk’s offering of the sonic on here and other sights at a relatively good price. Well, however this was made, it's functionally identical to what I've seen of the UK-native toy. The screwdriver's structure is identical, the lights and sounds function exactly like expected (only quirk seems to be a native one in a delay for the standard green-light effect), and the overall structure is solid. Only oddity is that one of the "braces" on the right of the button has gotten misaligned around where a screw is meant to hold it in place, though so far this doesn't seem to be a serious flaw that can break apart yet. If you're looking for something that works, this is a sonic worthy of Capaldi's Doctor. From what I can tell, this is a recreation or reissue by "Surreal Entertainment", who seems to have taken over from some reissues and new stuff that Seven20 did after getting a US Dr Who License circa 2018. They also do the 10th Doctor sonic (though not a recent build like what was last issued in UK value-pack releases with the updated slide button and nonremovable nub), and might do the 11th Doctor sonic but I can't be sure yet. If you're filling holes in your sonic collection, this is a place to visit on a 2023 budget.

I finally got the Doctor Who on a screwdriver. It’s really cool and it literally has the same sound effects in the shell pull down and it makes that sound you pull up and makes different sound.
