Great product but need consideration.

I am deducting one star because if I try to pull out the pipe to clean, it tries to snap the gasket in half and I live in a remote place. It takes Amazon Prime 10 days to reach me. Other than that, it's good value for money, the size is perfect, I love the design and the quality is good. I just wish it didn't had that hole in the back. Or at least it was a bit higher. It gets my thumb wet every single time.
