This product takes 3 months to start showing healthier hair AND IT DOES after 3 months my hair was healthier shinier patches that were thin or thinning started to fill in my hair is now thicker and growing a lot and the biggest surprise was my curls came back and held a curl!!! LOVE LOVE.

I want to be as thorough as possible so you can make an informed decision. I am currently in the throes of menopause, and along with the expected body changes, I began experiencing significant hair thinning and shedding. What caught me completely off guard was that I had never heard anyone talk about hair loss during menopause. My entire life, I've had long, very thick, beautiful hair, so when the shedding started, it didn't feel gradual, it felt sudden and severe. Naturally, panic set in. I had no idea what was happening. I assumed it had to be the shampoos or conditioners I was using, or maybe that I wasn't deep conditioning enough or using the "right" products. But none of that made sense, because my routine hadn't changed and had always worked well for me. At no point did I initially consider menopause as the cause. I began researching everything I could to reverse the shedding and thinning. That's when I came across this product. After reading countless reviews, almost all of them overwhelmingly positive, | decided to give it a try. The only thing I didn't love was that many reviews mentioned it could take up to three months to see results. Honestly, that upset me because I thought, "In three months, I'll be bald!" Still, despite the hefty price, I committed to trying it. After one month, I didn't notice much change. At two months, I still wasn't sure. By the three-month mark, I thought I might be seeing something, but it wasn't until month four that I could say with complete confidence that the shedding had decreased by about 95%. When I wash, comb, or brush my hair now, only a very small, normal amount comes out-certainly not enough to cause panic. Alongside this product, I did begin paying closer attention to my overall hair care. I switched to a biotin shampoo and conditioner, which my hair absolutely loves. I brush my hair every evening before bed, restarted my collagen routine, and began using rosemary and pumpkin seed oil to massage my scalp overnight before washing my hair the next day. That said, even before I added the oils and nightly brushing, this product was already working. I simply added those steps to support healthier, stronger hair. While I don't see the level of thickening I'd ideally want just yet, my hair is definitely growing longer, the shedding has stopped, and my part is noticeably less wide-which gave me real hope. Because of the results I'm seeing, I plan to continue using it. It's simple: just two pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. The only downside is the price. When I first started, a three-month supply was around $70, and now it's over $80, which is a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended). Still, given how skeptical I am and how much money I've spent over the years on products that promised everything and delivered nothing this one m worked for me. I stayed consistent even when I wasn't seeing immediate results, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely recommend giving it a try, but I also encourage you to support it with a healthy hair routine: a more natural shampoo and conditioner (like biotin-based ones), nightly brushing, and scalp care with rosemary and pumpkin seed oil on wash days. Okay listen, it had great reviews, but I don't think that I was ready for how much my hair was actually going to grow! I have very brittle hair that would barely grow due to years of dying it several different colors. This vitamin not only helped my hair grow but it repaired the texture of my hair all the way down to the ends that were crunchy from years of bleach. I swear even THAT feels softer! My first picture my hair was maybe an inch or so below my chin (it looks a little longer because my head was tilted to the side) but in the second pic you can see that my bangs made it all the way down to almost my ear and below my eyes and my actual hair is now touching behind my shoulders. Now I did have enough at the time to go ahead and get the three month supply that it suggests, but it's definitely worth it! You do have to keep up with it you can't just expect it to change in only a week, but you SHOULD still see results even after a month if you use it correctly. So those are my 3 month results!!

I originally gave this product 3 stars but after nearing the 6 month mark of using this supplement, I've added a star. This is not a quick fix but given enough time the product does what it claims. The biggest improvement is that I have far less hair shedding than I used to. In the past few weeks I've noticed I have hardly any hair on top of the shower drain when I wash, which used to be a solid clump every time. I was trying to figure out if it was one of my shampoos but ultimately realized the most consistent product I've used is Viviscal and is most likely the primary reason for the reduction in shedding. I've also seem improved growth in areas that typically are thinner, including at the nape of my neck and towards the top of my head where I have cowlicks. I was hoping this product would help my hair grow faster (as mentioned below, I'm trying to grow out my hair) and it doesn't really, but nor does it claim to have that benefit. For help with fullness, reduction in shedding, and overall hair health, this product works. I have gone through a full 3 month course of treatment and am currently on my second order of the 3 month sized box. At this point, I’ve only had minimal improvement to my hair growth, and it isn’t something that I have noticed, but rather my hairdresser commented on new baby hairs I had growing in at my last haircut. I may not be the target audience for this product. I have short, overly processed hair that I am growing out so that I can trim off all of my bleached ends and get back to my virgin hair. I was hoping this product would help my hair growth to make the process easier, since I started this process 1.5 years ago and it feels like it’s taking forever. I did opt to place a second order for another three month supply because I recognize that it can take a while for changes in hair growth to occur. However, as of now, I don’t feel that I’ve seen quite enough improvement overall to justify the cost. I will most likely not continue to use this product unless I start to see big changes in the next three months. If that happens I will update my review.

Excellent product! I was having a lot of hair loss and shedding from losing weight fairly quickly. They say it takes about 2 months to see noticeable results and that was about right. Don't give up! at 2.5 months I now can notice that my hair is beginning to get thicker and I have less shedding. I had been really worried about how much hair I was losing. So far I'm still losing hair but at a slower rate. I feel much more confident that I won't be losing my hair. I got 180 tablets and I take it twice a day.

On my Dermatologist’s advice I have been taking this for over 6 months and it has not helped either my shedding or hair loss. Not sure how much longer I will invest in this product. I am also taking Apple Wise and using a red light therapy cap on that same advice. Nothing is helping.

I was loosing so much hair due to a lot of stress and it became a huge insecurity of mine. I was looking for different ways to tie my hair up for work that would cause less damage, switch to a different higher end shampoo, started using satin scrunchies and anything else I could think of. I finally was about to try minoxidil but when I was looking for products I stumbled upon this supplement. I take medicine daily so it was no issue remember to take the supplement each morning. I was so skeptical of this but I just finished my last pill of the 30 day pack. I took a picture the day I started and then today and did a side by side comparison and I couldn't believe how much fuller my hair part looks. I have also noticed more length to my hair but I didn't remember to take a picture of the length because I was more focused about the fullness coming back. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to get fuller hair!

Hi 👋 I purchased this product because of the wonderful reviews and after taking 1 of the two sheets in my box, this is my honest review. I had a spot in the middle of my head where my hair broke off, was shedding I don't know 😕 I was bleaching my hair alot and coloring for about a year so maybe it caused breakage but all I know is the spot kept getting bigger so, I came to Amazon and after reading reviews for several hair growth vitamins, I decided to try these. They are no bigger than a pain killer so taking them is easy enough, no smell or after taste so I started with 1 tablet a day, usually after dinner. I was not consistent so after the 2nd week I decided to buckle down and take the 2 pills as directed. My patch in the middle of my head is not pre balding anymore, my hair has grown into the spot. Not all the way YET, but I know it is working for me, from just one sheet of my packet and me not being consistent with it. So my dilemma is this, a few weeks ago I started itching like crazy, about 3-4 hours after dinner, and I did not connect it to the pills. So I stopped taking them for a week (4 left) from first sheet and the itching started to subside. So I was thinking maybe there is a review that mentions itching, to the point where you want to rip your skin off especially (ALL) over, which last for about 2 hours straight. But I didn't see any reviews 😱 So this week I finished up the last 4 in the first sheet and have the second sheet to finish, but as I sit here I am still itchy. On top of that I've broken out in acne around my jaw line, and my entire face and neck have hives, lastly my joints hurt terribly bad. So I am going to give my system a break from these pills, because everything itches and I mean everything 🙃 after a month I would take the pills on the second sheet, but after that I doubt I would reorder these. I would stop bleaching my hair and hopefully it would continue to grow back. Including photos from Feb 15th 2024 to March 30th 2024. The photo with the braids pulled back is how I am wearing my hair to hide the spot that's not so large anymore. For those with no adverse reaction, good for you, because it would be a great product for me if I wasn't having a bad reaction. And yes my hair has grown about 2 inches overall 🤪
