These finger exercises are just terrific ! I have a movement disorder that affects my hands and fingers and these have helped my fingers and hands better than anything else I’ve tried ‘ And they’re very easy to take with you and fit right into your pocket. They’re very well made and easy to use. I’ll be buying more to be sure if I misplace one ( which I’m sure I will ) I’ll have others to back me up ! Thank you !

These were absolutely perfect for my mom who had just had a stroke, a week prior and could not even move her fingers. They were very sturdy and easy to use and it helped her build confidence from going from one to the other and moving on up as she got her strength back. The price was amazing and well worth the money perfect size for any age to use.

They help. I don't really do the activities just the squeezing. I'm losing ability in one hand so I really think it's helping keep those fingers from getting weaker faster. Good quality and easy to use. Recommend if you have finger weakness.

i wasn't sure what to expect from these, but I think you'll be surprised at how effective they are.. Unlike most grip strength things, this works each finger in a way that makes it much more effective. So don't let the low poundage rating deter you.. the wooden game is also an amusing yet challenging way to strengthen your fingers and improve your coordination..

Purchased for therapy, once done they will be great chip bag holders :-)

The wood items was to big. I bought colored plastic noodles from hobby lobby and that worked better.

Very good exercise same as he is doing in the ergo session. Help them improve the strength of the finger. My family member use it as therapy since he is accident he lost some of he is finger mobility

My son likes these. He’s into Calisthenics so they will help to strengthen his finger grip. Good quality and easy to use. The little carry bag is handy to keep everything together. I think these would also be a great item for anyone recovering from a Stroke, to aid with regain of strength and dexterity of their fingers. A great product
