A great book to understand TABS in music. good clear explanations. For the new bass player, it gives a good insight and very helpful.

This is a very good book for getting people started out on bass guitar. After completing the book, the bassist should be quite competent.

I think it’s among the best instructive and illustrative music books ever, for the bass beginner players. It gives you a clear image/sense of how to learn to play the Bass guitar at first level. I wish this book would include a audio cd/video dvd, with the parts/samples included inside, but it doesn’t matter. Great choice for me I bought this book.
