After many attempts and 3 new nano sim cards this will not activate online and continues to show it is in China! I am in an area with excellent cell service so that is not the issue. I do not advise purchasing.

The GPS will not work. It continues to say the device is in China. I am able to call the number associated with the sim card that is in it and get a connection. The app is poorly made, the customer service is non-existent, and all the instructions are in poorly translated English so they don't make much sense at all. Thankfully amazon makes it simple to return the product and order a better one.

I have huskies that are absolute escape artists so I bought this in hopes to catch my dogs before the pound does again and it doesn’t work i activated the SIM card and it still says my device is in China waste of money very disappointing. Giving it 1 star because I can’t give less than that

GPS is extremely accurate, was able to get a SIM card from my cell phone provider (T-Mobile) no problem. Fits nicely on my pups collar.Wish the battery lasted a little longer but worth the money.

TECHNICALLY it works... However, no matter what I do, every 9 seconds it refreshes and zooms in on China. Can I track the device? Yes, but I have 9 seconds to find its exact location. The instruction show that there is a "history" section in the settings. There is not. This would be ideal so I can delete china from its memory. Functional, yes however the app is what makes it a headache. If they would simply have an American version of the app, it would widely expand their market and make this product a great option.Update: After asking the seller questions for a solution, and them simply not understanding and responding with questions of their own (maybe implying that I did something wrong) I started to do my own research. It turns out that for a lot of gps trackers that they will not show the correct location until you program the simcard with it's APN settings. if you're having issues with it tracking back to China, contact you sim card provider and ask about programming for the APN. This may help you.

This GPS tracker works fine. It is a little cumbersome to set up. But email support was great and extremely efficient. It is important to get your sims card activated before you start to try and set it up.
