Does the work just watch the size; it's fine as long as you check which size means, even if you get it a bit higher, it's still fine as you can adjust it.All in all, it does provide the needed support and does help.

Average quality
It helps squatting without weight, but I’ve heard when lifting heavy loads it should be a snug fit. This came on pretty easy so I don’t think it will last me a long time. Also the straps seem confusing , there’s not really proper instructions on how to put this on with images showing what the back and front is supposed to look like.

My training partner has terrible scabs on his knees and has never found a pair of knee pads that he could wear for more than a few minutes. Not so these. Very comfortable and flexible enough to do several hours of jiu-jitsu in.
