I jave the 12,000 lb one i got last uear but noth my woreless remotes stoped working do they need to be re-programed and yes i pit mew batters in ot.

Unplug your winch from power it should reset it self

Sounds like this winch has lots of issues. Warranty is only one year?

I only use it three time pulling some stuck vehicles. The controller and unit work very well. Only $300 I had it over a year now. It’s good for me.
