I’ve been so excited to use these products. Mine arrived today. The shampoo and conditioner were sealed properly, I when picked up the box of oil it was greasy. I automatically knew the produce had leaked out. The cap doesn’t screw down and lock in place it’s gonna leak because it’s not a secured cap. I’m pretty mad about that The second two photos are what i received today. Leaked everywhere again. I payed almost $100 for these products and the most important part keeps coming empty. No seals to the cap so it’s gongs keep on leaking out. Oh I’m mad as hell

Give a 3 only because I have used it yet but a1/3 of the bottle is gone and leaked out. Bottle dont seem to tighten up all the way disappointed it that considering its 18 dollars a bottle
