Excellent NVR with Great Camera Compatibility
I purchased the TP-Link VIGI 8 Channel NVR and I am very happy with the product. The setup was simple, the interface is easy to use, and video playback is smooth. Recording quality is excellent and remote viewing works well.I also updated the NVR to the latest firmware version, which improved performance and ensured the latest features and compatibility.One of the best features is its support for ONVIF-compatible cameras. I successfully connected cameras from different brands, including Imou, Hikvision, and CP Plus through the network. This makes it a flexible and cost-effective solution for expanding a CCTV system.

Great Performance & Features for the Price!
One of the best NVRs in the market for 8 channel IPCs and supports high bandwidth 80MBps for 4k video as well as 2 way audio. PoE support, Plug & Play support for VIGI cameras and 10TB HDD compatibility. Software is easy to use and regular firmware updates. For something that is priced at 4k, it's a superb product for the money. The Indian brands don't even come close.

Not working with Ezykam cpplus camera
Doesn't work with CPPlus Ezykam camera , camera getting detected but no streaming of video , same camera work with VLC but not in NVR. NVR is user-friendly if you are using different brand camera then be cautious about this purchase

Works well with all IP cameras in My home.
Support provided by TP link is best, they connect in person and resolved the issue to connect with cameras, I have 4 cameras all are of different brand IP cameras, It works well with all cameras. I have CP Plus, Imou, and tow v380 camera, Works well with all cameras. But not for beginners.

Had to reset it first and it started working for me.
If it's stuck at logo , you have to reset it. By connecting to your pc using lan cable which is what I did and it's started working, though I also updated it first but that didn't helped.

Best Budget NVR with easy to use app
Great product. Was easy to setup and there is a web portal for management after initial setup. Works wonderfully with VIGI VMS cloud. Remote view, PTZ control all are excellent via the app. Definitely recommend for budget setups.

Won't connect to ONVIF cameras - garbage
Bought a cheap ONVIF camera to connect to this. Camera works fine, connected via Blue Iris in seconds. This just fails with an 'Unknown error'. It's useless, as I don't want to pay 5x the price for TP Link cameras. Utterly uselesss.
