New to this product, but it came highly recommended. Received very prompt with Amazon Prime.I was initially a bit concerned after reading another quite negative reviewer, so I read up on vegetable stearate (aka magnesium stearate) which put my mind at ease. I also posted on the negative 1 star review what I found.

My neurologist asked me to get this for tremors. It works.

Everything else was 3 pills. Bleh. I already take a slew of other supplements and medications.

Be sure to follow your doctor's recommendations and directions when using this product, especially if you have issues with B vitamin synthesis/metabolism, or have the MTHFR, MTRR, and/or MTR SNP gene mutations.

Really does reduce muscle spasms. I take 1000 mg 4 times a day.. Also use GABA for rougher days

This appears to be a good quality product. No problems whatsoever and the effect is the same as another reputable brand. Go for it.

I normally take this as a pure power in water with L-lysine. I bought this because I was taking a trip to europe and I wanted something more convenient plus I would be nervous about taking a powder because authorities might think I was trying to smuggle in drugs. When I got to europe I began to take this but I did not get the usual reaction that I get with the powder. I looked at the label and I saw were it has magnesium stearate in the ingredients. This ingredients seems to stop the absorption the L-threonine contained in the product but also any other supplements I was taking. So into the trash with it. I will not be buying this product again. I am also surprised that Douglas Laboratories would put this in a product like this and claim that it is a quality product. I am back to my powder and much happier with that.
