LG 7 Kg 5 Star Smart Inverter Technology Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (T70VBMB1Z, Auto Prewash, Turbodrum, Stainless Steel drum, LED Display, Smart Diagnosis Middle Black)

I had to switch from a Samsung front load 5kg to this machine as the Samsung one gave up due to its age(12yrs) & regular shifting of residence(5).My observations:PROS:1.Wash quality is good 2. i just put the clothes & detergent powder inside.the machine does the rest for water intake,wash program selection & time. 3.low sound levels. 4.lint filter is effective. 5.separate intake for softener & separate intake for descaling powder. 6.tub size is big. 7.cost of machine saved me 10-12k as compared a front load. 7.EB required is lower as motor is 230 watts but sufficient for 6.5 kgs load. 8.front load was a pain ,as family size increased, with respect to loading,capacity,machine used to dance like a pro,countless repairs.CONS:1,water required is much higher. 2. i bought water intake filter(400) ,extended outlet drain pipe(400) and washing machine cover(1000) from LG service person for 1850.no need of stand as drainage pipe is 1mtr+3mter long now. 3.build quality is just ok. 4,rat mesh is flimsy 5.lint filter is placed high up. 6.can wash max 17 clothes(shirts/trousers adult 5 kids 5 socks 4 others 2) in one go. 6.no heater 7.need to scrub collars seperately in case of heavy load.

Performence is good, Wash is good, Everyday use

I have received this washing machine just two days. This item is very nice and working smoothly, silent and effective. Price is very reasonable, compared other companies washing machine. Dilevary, Installation and demo very fast. Overall I very satisfied to LG and Amazon.

Good product. I have used similar product from same company previously for 8 years and sold .This one I am using for 2.5 years without any issue. This has more features.

We bought this model in 2013. On 9th year it started to make huge noise while washing. The service person (service charge is around Rs. 800) said suspension rods got rust and eroded, the service person told us this washing machine has 2 motors, one is which has stopped functioning is not covered by warranty, also he said there is some clutch is there which has stopped functioning as well. He said the repairing charge would be around Rs. 9000. Within few days we noticed that the sensor is not working as well. The machine is unable to take adequate water on its own. So we got no benefit from LG's ten years'warranty. You should keep it in mind that their main motor is quite powerful but their suspension rods are not. This washing machine served us nine years without much hassle. Although clothes get badly tangled even in 'delicate' mode. Clothes lost their lints very fast in this machine. You need to use wool balls for every wash. Also, you need to clean the the lint catcher regularly if you are not using wool balls. We are in Howrah, West Bengal, we use municipality water for our machine but we experienced that this machine needs to be clean every 4-5 months. Auto clean mode is not sufficient, it requires opening the bottom of the drum and manual cleaning. Otherwise some mud like objects get attached with washed clothes. I don't have good experience with the staffs of local LG service centre either.

I have been using LG other washing machin since long. This one is great as others. No noise at all impressed me.

Machine broke after just a year and even though it's still under warranty I'm unable to get it fixed as the customer care and the servicing agency are totally useless and unresponsive. After running behind them for 3 weeks and countless number of calls, complaints, escalations, etc I finally gave up and got it fixed by a third-party mechanic with my own money. The warranty is totally useless because after-sales support is non-existent.Please go for a different brand and don't waste your money.

Quality of fiber on the top lid and cover is cheap. I removed the plastic protection and it looks like an old machine even though it is 4 days since I started using it. Even after cleaning with mild soap it has scratches and patchesWash quality is good and machine is silent. Number of setting are good enough.
