I mainly bought this cream to help with my acne. I have combination skin and tend to deal more with blackheads than breakouts, but I usually get one or two pimples on my face from time to time. It smells really good.

I live in a major city and have hard water, and fluoride and toothpaste tends to burn my face specifically around my mouth. And so I was having redness in my tea zone area. I have dry skin as well, probably due to the hard water and some aging. So every time I went to wash my face, there was some irritation and I needed a really thick lotion, but nothing was getting rid of the flaky skin and the inflammation that i was having. Using this and not wearing makeup for a little bit (I wanna say I tried this for about 20 days) and there was a difference in 20 days. I was able to put on my foundation without it making my face peel. Or just not wearing makeup at all and having a pretty even tone complexion. Since my skin was dry, it did make me a little oily overtime, but I’m OK with that because I need it. But nothing you couldn’t just wipe off if you don’t like that. I wasn’t like super shiny, but it was a nice little glow.

I'm completely satisfied! I've been on the hunt for an effective face cream for quite some time, and the Intensive Cica Cream has truly been a game-changer for me. Within just a few days of application, I've noticed significant improvements in areas that have been troublesome for years. Having sensitive skin makes it difficult to find products that work without causing irritation, but this cream has exceeded my expectations with its gentle yet impactful formula. Seriously, why the added fragrance? For a product designed for sensitive and reactive skin, fragrance should automatically be a no-no! TL/DR: not fragrance free, pretty okay color correction, hydrates and is easy to apply, budget friendly, doesn’t become an orange shade like a certain 🍊🤡 This was everything I wanted in a cream (redness correction without being an actual makeup product but was still effective at moisturizing, spread well, didn’t turn me into an orange and was cost friendly). It feels good on the skin hydration wise and the colour correction is okay (I have severe, widespread, burning redness that is much harder to cover than average redness), definitely not as corrective as Dr. Jart’s comparable (and overpriced) cream, but I’d say this one gets my vote because the Dr. Jart cream clings to dry spots I didn’t even know I had and doesn’t hydrate nearly as good. Plus it doesn’t turn me into a shade of orange! Almost everything does because of my weird cool-yellow olive undertone so even the shade was a dream for me! That said, I am definitely allergic to this. 😭 I think it’s the fragrance specifically- I’m ungodly sensitive to everything under the sun to the point of needing expensive injections to try and manage it and I still get a bit of a reaction (just sitting in a doctors office or someone walking by wearing perfume sets my skin on fire)- more redness, an almost stinging like tingle, and I get that same tingle in my throat whenever I apply this. I should have paid more attention before buying this, as I had assumed it would be fragrance free, but boy howdy was I wrong. It’s overwhelmingly flower perfume-y. Ivoskin, please, please take out the fragrance or offer a fragrance free version! This would’ve been my dream cream if not for the fricken perfume in it 😭

I wanted to like this, but it broke out my chin. It does seems to be a good product, but was not for me. I do have sensitive skin and rosacea.

This works so well and made my skin improve! Very moisturizing and lightweight!

I’m on my second tube of this lotion and I love it for my MCAS sensitive skin! It definitely helps to soothe and protect, I like to layer it with other fragrance free products, which never feels too greasy or heavy!

Felt compelled to write a review as I recently consulted with a dermatologist for a new condition I have never had before. Turns out it’s Perioral dermatitis and I had a flare up around my chin that went up to my mouth and I had been excessively trying to combat it with acne products which was evidently just irritating and causing it to flare up even more. With help from my dermatologist we came up with a new regimen with products that will cleanse and moisturize without harsh chemicals or ingredients and this moisturizer was recommended. This stuff works. I’ve been on this new regimen for a week now and have seen encouraging results. It’s not completely gone but I’m seeing less redness and the bumps are beginning to lessen. Very happy with the texture and absorption. It has a light and natural scent. I do have oily skin and like most moisturizers make me a bit shiny. So I just take a square of toilet paper and gently dab the excess to help combat that. I’ll attach a pic of what all I’m using. Obviously this is tailored to my needs of combatting the Perioral dermatitis and somewhat addressing the shine. Hope this all helps!

Have used this about a month now and is nearly done with the product. All I can say is initially it worked wonders during the first couple weeks later on it was just like a moisturizer. I started back on mighty patches and I do not know if I became prone to it or not it became less effective over time. But cleared up most of the problem areas on my face so not mad at all! Overall good product!
