I have like more than 2 months using multivitamin and I can tell you I see noticed results

I love the idea of a liquid. But this has an off flavor to me. It's not bad but at the same time it is not appealing. I will finish the bottle but have no plans to buy again because of the flavor. It certainly could just be my tastebuds. Obviously, it was easy to use. I have no way of telling if it worked or made any improvements.

The peach mango flavor is really enjoyable, making it easy to take daily. I appreciate that it's sugar free and supports skin elasticity, which is a nice bonus. I wish there were more servings per bottle and faster visible results, but I understand that hair growth takes time.

Works, better to take liquid than pills

Taste is ok, got in place of Mary Ruth’s because it was cheaper, but got a weird skin condition around my mouth! I stopped taking for a few days and it was starting to get better and then started taking it again just to see if that’s what was causing it because it was the only thing new that I started taking and it came back. I can’t say definitively that this caused it, but makes sense.

Love this. Gluten free, sugar free, and the methylated B12 & Folate combo really helps. I notice better hair density and growth already.
