Bright pink and does not come off easily, leaves your face stained

Lipstick transfer wipe off and very disappointed as when I wiped it off the lip
I bought the lipstick that comes out blue. You leave it on then after a few minutes you wipe it off. I followed the instructions and when I wiped it off my lips weren't any different.I was very disappointed and I wish I hadn't wasted my money. Will be going in the bin.
