I bought these patches to help me wind down and sleep after extensive workout sessions, thinking a "natural" plant-powered solution would be perfect for recovery. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of restful.The Pros:The patch is easy to apply and stays on well through the night.The packaging is nice and the ingredient list looks clean.The Cons:Persistent Headaches: Every time I used a patch, I woke up with a dull headache that lasted for a full two days. It wasn't just a morning "fog"; it was a lingering physical pain that made it hard to focus.Extreme Irritability: This was the most unexpected part. For the duration of the headache, these patches seemed to cause a massive "mood hangover" that didn't clear until the ingredients were fully out of my system.Exhaustion: Instead of feeling refreshed after a workout and a long sleep, I felt completely drained and exhausted the next day.Final Verdict:If you are sensitive to melatonin or herbal sedatives like Valerian root, be very careful. The 5mg dose of melatonin paired with an 8-hour release was clearly too much for my system to process. It might work for some, but for me, the 48-hour headache and mood swings simply weren't worth it. I’ve stopped using them and my mood/energy returned to normal immediately.

Omg it actually works.I never thought there could be something that helps you sleep like this, and without needing to consume anything.You just have to apply it like a sticker. it’s very easy to use and highly effective.It causes no skin irritations and gives a feeling of relaxation.I genuinely experienced better sleep quality.Definitely worth trying.

The first night I thought these were not going to do a thing for me but by the third night I have been sleeping like I haven't in years. Maybe it's a mindset but it works for me. I would highly recommend as I would prefer using these than taking a pill every night which I did for years.. These do not have any kind of a morning hangover effect, and I feel great right out of bed. I've settled on wearing them on the inside of my arm above the wrist after trying a few different places. They are fabric and secure when on but easy to remove. Also, the lavender scent is superb 💤

I have trouble sleeping continuously for 8 hours. I wake up at least four times every night and am exhausted in the morning after. I bought these sleep patches hoping to find relaxing and rejuvenating sleep. I have used them for two nights, but there was NO EFFECT AT ALL. On the third night, I found it worked fairly well, but this seems to be an outlier. On the following 10 nights, I found them to be INEFFECTIVE. I shall continue to use them every night until I have exhausted all the patches to see if there is any significant effect that could allow me to sleep deep, at least for 5 to 6 hours, if not 8.

I have been using this but not effective I even applied 2 patches still not working for me maybe if you are over active it doesn't work.it claim 8 hours i hardly sleep for 2-3 hours as usual.Not a good buy for me, but don't stop yourself form buying it ,try it might work on you.
