Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Plus Focus Stick Packs, Surfside Citrus 25Ct

Amino Energy has always been a good product. Have used it for years. This is a new flavor for me and it is tasty. Ichose this as the packets are very easy to travel with versus the normal container.

I enjoy Amino Energy when I’m backpacking—it gives me that extra spring in my step to finish the miles at the end of the day. This particular flavor works well for me because it has less food coloring than some of the others, which tend to upset my digestive system. Individual packs are perfect for hiking/backpacking. I really like the berry flavors, but they contain too many dyes for me. This one is a great balance of taste and performance without the stomach issues. A solid choice for long days on the trail.

Taste is fine. I learned about it from my personal trainer. I soon discovered it works fantastic when I am ascending mountains and pushing myself to the limits of my endurance. I include a packet of pure boost or zip fiz to insure I have plenty of electrolytes. If out for a day hike I will often premake a liter and carry packets in my pack just in case...

Love love love to travel with these one and done packets! I used to pack the huge container in my suitcase. No more !

Taste amazing. I wish they had this in a big container rather than the individual packets

Love the convenience of the individual packs. Nice to have the hydration but this flavor was not great. Super mellow and not my favorite

This flavor is awful. Unless you’ve had it before, don’t take a chance on these individual packs.

Citrus breeze is my favorite flavor. Citrus and coconut all day long, thanks. It's strongly flavored, for me anyway. I use about half the package in 20 oz, and I'll use one package per day, for reasons. I like the energy it gives me without making me jittery. I would like this in a canister, too, but I also like the convenience of the individual packets. Will order many more times.
