As I’ve just received this Creatine a week ago, I’m giving it 4⭐️ because I want to use it for at least a month to see if I can tell any real difference/improvements. I really like the flavor. It’s a cross between a citrus & orange cream taste if that makes any sense. If I see improvement in my health I will definitely purchase again!

I take this every day. As other reviews have mentioned, it does have a lot of vitamin D, but it's not enough to be dangerous, as long as you're at least an average-sized adult and you're not already taking a high-dose vitamin D supplement. I work overnight and sleep during the day, so the vitamin D is actually really good for me. The inositol is something I need to get plenty of as someone with PCOS, and the creatine is a good amount for someone with my activity levels. I have more energy, I sleep better, and I don’t have to take as many supplements because this contains a lot of the supplements that I would normally be taking. I mix it into a glass of koolaid and it tastes great together.

Re-review. I initially reviewed this item to be not taste Worthy when used as suggested. So I took the time to try different ways of using it and found that it is fantastic in my morning smoothie. It gives it the sweetness I love and the orange flavor mixed with the other berries, bananas, spinach & coconut water make it a refreshing treat. It provides me the energy to get the yard work done.

I am not fully sold on any supplement powders I take because I am not sure if they are working or not. I said the same about my collegen powder...Who knows!?! I gave this product 3 starts because it is disolvable in water, the texture is smooth and blendable. The pice is expensive for a 30 day supply. The way I use it is in a water bottle with a little ice, I shake it and it makes the water taste good too. It has a citrus taste, which I wasn't aware of until I got it, so read the packaging. I do not mide my water tasting citrusy but some people may not want that. as it improved my skin or energy levels? I do not know. I do like that this product not only has creatine, but also many other beneficial agents for women, such as collagen, hyaloronic acid, and BCAA. The packaging is nice and eye-catching. There is a littlescooper inside and a fresh pack. I honestly just feel that I am doing everyhting I can to stay healthy as I age and I want to look good while aging, so I do what I can to take care of myself and use supplements, eat right, and exercise daily. It doesn't hurt to try!
