All the watch you could ever need. It sets itself every night via the time signal transmissions , is solar powered and looks great . Apart from this it is waterproof and very tough. I have many much more expensive watches but none better than the 5610.

Love it. Easy to read, automatic light in the dark and accurate.

It is good the, durability and the looks of the watch is just perfect.

First G-SHOCK I've had and I am very pleased with it. Being radio-controlled it keeps perfect time and being solar it doesn't need batteries. From what I can tell it charges very easily. 20 BAR water resistance too so it's fine for swimming, shower etc.

O G-Shock GWM5610-1 é resistente, leve e tem um visual clássico que me remete a muitas memórias afetivas. A sincronização solar e o acerto automático do horário via rádio são bons diferenciais pois não preciso me preocupar com pilha ou ajuste de hora. Recomendo!

I had the basic DW5600 REC-9 (yellow) but l somehow felt it lacked features like the solar charging or multiple world time capabilities. Hence after some research got this beast. Love the size, features and even quality. For instance the band is so much softer and premium feeling than the regular DW5600 series. However I missed the pop colour of my DW series and hence got some red bands which complement the red highlight in the display. One thing I would like to highlight that this is the updated GW-M5610U with the new 3495 module and white LED. I got this thinking it was the older module as I love the old Green EL backlight, however it is what it is and makes my DW still makes its case for a spot in my collection. Overall it’s a great buy and a must have G-Shock square for any watch enthusiasts or G-Shock collector.

Getting this G-Shock felt like reconnecting with an old friend. It’s my first G-Shock since I was a kid, and it reminded me why these watches have such a loyal following. The GW-M5610U is everything you could want in an everyday watch. Solar charging means you rarely have to think about the battery, the atomic timekeeping keeps it incredibly accurate, and it’s built like it could survive just about anything short of being launched into the sun. It has that classic square G-Shock look that has aged better than most of us. If you only wanted to own one watch, this could honestly be it. It’s comfortable, durable, incredibly practical, and looks just as good mowing the lawn as it does heading out to dinner. Sure, I’ll still keep buying other watches because apparently self-control isn't one of my hobbies, but if someone took away my collection and left me with only this one, I’d be perfectly happy. It’s an absolute classic and worth every penny.

One of the happiest product purchases that I have made on Amazon. Bought the watch on sale when the Prime day deals were active and the watch came in perfect condition and works exactly as advertised. The solar powered feature helps significantly as I work primarily outside in extreme heat and sun exposure. The resin band has survived dirt, rocks, and all the water that's been thrown at it when recently digging fence posts this past week. Glow in the dark feature is useful when waking up in the pitch darkness and not having my phone nearby. Most importantly, the watch functions perfectly as a watch in telling time. The time has never been off and the watch is always powered which is all you can really ask for in a watch.
