Solid kit—used it for a self-leveling cement job and it made the whole process way smoother. The spiked shoes and rollers feel pretty sturdy, and the different roller sizes actually came in handy. The extension poles are nice too, though getting them attached takes a little muscle (a hammer helps). Overall, if you're doing any kind of epoxy or leveling work, this is a great all-in-one starter kit. Definitely sped things up.

Great kit. Shoes seem little cheap but still usable. They rest of the stuff in the kit works great. Its great for beginners. You will need to upgrade things as time goes on. Some are pretty durable.

The spikes will come out of the shoes, and you will find them in the epoxy later. Unless you are size appropriate for working at Willy Wonkas factory, the tools are useless. The shoes were the only thing I used out of this kit, and they are too small for a size 10 foot. Despite tightening them spikes, and even using some loctite BECAUSE I KNEW that would happen, a nut did fall off, and yes. It is now permanently in my epoxy floor.

I was able to get the job done but just barely. Before I even poured the first bucket of self leveling underlayment the strap on the spiked shoe loosened and then snapped when I tightened it. Since you use the trowel and spiked roller one after the other, you need an extra pole. The extension pole is nowhere long enough and I'm only 5'7", and it has to be reightened constantly. As I was using the roller the frame bent and would only roll when pulled, not pushed. Once you start a project like this you need to move fast because the work time of the compound is very short ( 10 minutes with the product I used) and you don't want to waste time fixing your tools.
