What is the diff between this and the prenatal pack pro?

The prenatal pro pack comes with omegas and another osteo blend to my understanding. This is just the actual prenatal vitamin.

I haven't ordered these for a few years but it's about the size of a normal Tylenol gel capsule; the long shaped one. But with this vitamin yo nhave to take multiple in a day.
